Getting your drone set up, updated, and actually flying, plus the footage off it and somewhere safe. Flying here has real constraints: wind, thin air that shortens every battery, and restricted airspace around the resorts and the Eagle County airport that is worth checking before you take off.
Power for when the grid is down or there isn't one. Sizing matters more than brand: a station that carries a fridge through a two day outage is a different purchase from one that keeps laptops going at a campsite, and buying the wrong one is expensive.
Plenty of houses here sit empty for months at a stretch. I keep the technology working while you're away, and have everything ready before you walk in the door.
A visit scheduled before you get to town: Wi-Fi, streaming, and the smart home checked and actually working, so the first night of your trip isn't spent rebooting gear.
For the rest of the year, a standing arrangement: I'm the on-call tech contact for the house, in season or out, so problems get handled while they're small instead of discovered the night you arrive.
